Who Is Robin

Robin’s career path came about by chance.

She was randomly introduced to the diamond industry.  This intrigued her.  It was then that she took off to study at the most accredited place to be educated in diamonds and colored stones, the Gemological Institute of America.

Once graduating from the GIA, she worked at Neiman Marcus in their fine jewelry department. It was a great experience but wasn’t quite fitting all her visions. She met her husband who had grown up in the diamond business and they started their own business together. They opened a modest 4 counter booth in a jewelry exchange in South Florida. Over time that grew to a 10,000 square foot store. They traveled the world to seek out  beautiful, unusual and classic pieces that they showcased.

Being knowledgeable and resourceful has given Robin the ability to help her clients find the pieces that were  just right for them. She also has a reputation for being extremely honest and creative.  

She recently decided to offer her experience of the past 33 years in a different way with a more personalized touch. That is why RAL was created. Her clients are from all parts of the country and with the tools we have now have; Zoom, FaceTime, and social media, she is able to do what she knows best without being physically in the same place. It doesn’t matter to her what size the sale is. She is just glad to offer what she knows and loves to do.
